Original Painting by Melissa Corpuz: "Ochre"

Custom Painting by Melissa Corpuz titled #ochre

Using a specialized technique, developed over the course of many years, Melissa utilized layers and layers of acrylic paint to create depth and interest. She also incorporated other media in her signature style to leave a personal imprint, completely unique to her.

The title was inspired by her experience in a previous era as an art instructor. It was a memory from her students that they shared during some critiques to signify how the color ochre is an instinctual choice for many artists.

The piece is 4ft tall, 3ft wide, and is finished with a gold frame.
